AFSA offers exhibiting opportunities at the Vehicle Finance Conference and Exposition
(January/February), which is held in conjunction with NADA’s Annual Convention, and the Independents Conference and Exposition (April).
 
Each exhibiting company receives an electronic version of the pre- and post-conference registration rosters. Each exhibit booth includes two complimentary conference registrations, which provide admittance to all educational sessions, meal functions, and social events. Additional booth personnel receive a reduced registration fee.

Sponsorships
AFSA offers a sponsorship program for all of its conferences, forums, webinars, and annual meeting. AFSA Business Partners receive an invitation to sponsor prior to each event. The tiered participation sponsorship program is based upon the following levels of sponsorship with corresponding benefits.
 
DIAMOND LEVEL ($25,000+)
Bonuses include:
4 complimentary registrations
Full page Ad in final program
Banner Ad on Conference Website

RUBY LEVEL ($20,ooo - $24,999)
Bonuses include:
3 complimentary registrations
Full page Ad in final program

PLATINUM LEVEL ($15,000 - $19,999)
Bonuses include:
2 complimentary regitrations
Full page Ad in final program

GOLD LEVEL ($10,000 - $14,999)

SILVER LEVEL ($5,000 - $9,999)
Bonus includes:
1 complimentary registration
